Browns and greens

1. Brown and green are general terms for different types of organic mater used in a worm composter.
2. C:N means (carbon  to nitrogen) ratio.
3. If the C:N ratio is too low, you can end up with a stinky composter.
4. Browns are higher in  carbon.
5. Greens are higher in nitrogen and moisture content.
